PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
OPERATION
The bed stacking concept is based on LIFO (Last In First Out) picking. The first bed is positioned onto the lift and raised, opening up space underneath the bed for the next unit. The entire operation can be easily accomplished by a single individual simply by pushing a button.
BEDLIFTR
The R Series (Regular Duty) Bedlift is designed to accept 80-90% of all hospital beds with a vertical pitch of 27″ | 686mm and a capacity of 272 kg per position. This unit loads from the front.
BEDLIFTX
The X Series (Extra Capacity) Bedlift is designed to accept the remaining 10-20% of beds with a larger vertical pitch of 33″ | 838mm and a capacity of 408 kg per position. This unit loads from the front.
BEDLIFTS
The S Series (Side Load) Bedlift is designed to load using the width of the bed, requiring less floor space for unloading. This is for spaces with a unique profile and space constraints. This unit loads from the side.
CRIBLIFTC
The C Series (Crib) Criblift is designed specifically for hospital cribs up to 272 kg. This unit loads from the front.
Ramp Inserts
Removable ramp inserts for smooth storage and retrieval of beds.

Models are available to accommodate Regular Duty (80-90% of beds).

Adjustable Stops

Platforms nest at floor level when not in use, ready to be raised as needed.
Side Panels
Left and right side panels available to maintain safety for sides not adjacent to a wall.
Available Number of Positions
2, 3, 4, or 5 positions available to fit your ceiling height and storage needs.
Platform Inserts
Fills in the centre of the platform to allow storage of stretchers and other narrow base applications.
Vertical Security Gate
A roll down security gate to prohibit unauthorized access to the stored beds.
Anti-Microbial Paint
Increased protection against 99.9% of all common pathogens as well as additional properties that are resistant to mold, mildew, and fungus.
Seismic Package
Depending on the installation scenario, seismic installation packages are available to provide extra anchoring for single or multi-unit setups.
Side Panels
Side Panels are available to finish the side exterior to retain safe operation of the system, if required due to the installation location.
Back Panels
Back Panels are available to finish the rear exterior to retain safe operation of the system, if required due to the installation location.
Color Change (RAL)
RAL color changes are available. Customize the look of your Bedlift to match hospital colors or designs.
PM Packages
An annual inspection program designed to extend the life of the Bedlift and ensure consistent and reliable performance. Varying program lengths are available to fit your maintenance requirements.
